How to Meditate : Easiest method of meditation: Easiest Yoga : Free yoga and meditation

Sit in a comfortable position.
You can sit cross-legged on the floor or sit on a chair  to meditate.
Look at Gurudev's picture for a minute until you can remember the image.
Then close your eyes and pray silently to Gurudev, “Please help me meditate for 20 minutes.”

Think of Gurudev's image at the place between your eyebrows also known as the third eye or agnya chakra.
While thinking of the image, silently chant the name of any divine or spiritual entity you believe in such as Gurudev, Krishna, Jesus, Allah, Holy Father, Om etc.
During meditation, you may experience certain automatic yogic postures or movement of your limbs. Swaying, nodding of head etc. Do not panic or worry.
These kriyas (exercises) are needed to cleanse internally and ready you for your onward spiritual journey.
