Healing: A natural process in Siddha yoga!

Healing: A natural process in Siddha yoga!

As soon soon as you start practicing Guru Siyag's Siddha Yoga, your Kundalini is awakened. Kundalini is a mystical dormant potential force or energy at the base of the spine.

What happens when Kundalini is awakened? Its first and consistent job is cleansing of our physical as well as spiritual body (Chakras) and the impressions of our past Karma. When Kundalini travels from Muladhar to Sahasrara charka it must do the cleansing of Nadis (subtle Channels) Kundalini cannot progress upwards unless its path is cleaned. This is healing. Therefore, healing is a natural byproduct of Siddha yoga.

It is also observed that as the practitioner progresses he (or she) automatically gives up bad habits and addictions (over period of time). Their eating and sleeping habits also change for better. Health benefits of Siddha yoga are just like Hath yoga benefits – more Precise in the nature that it addresses a particular problem precisely.

Cure of diseases is not the goal but the byproduct of siddha yoga. At the same time diseases can erupt in the initial stages (Example: cleaning of water tank will make it extremely dirty in the initial phase)

In order to receive the benefit of this one should silently chant the Divine Mantra given by Guru Siyag. Do this as much as possible throughout the day and night.
Also please meditate two times a day for duration of 15-30 minutes.

Here is the process of getting this mantra and method to use it:

Step 1: Watch the following short video to receive Guru Siyag's Mantra Initiation. This mantra must be received in Guru Siyag's voice only. That is the reason you need to watch this video from Guru Siyag.

By listening to above video and receiving the divine mantra, you will be completing the initial process of getting the divine spark. You need to do this step only one time.

Step 2: Meditate two times a day 15-30 Minutes using the simple method listed in the link below:

Step 3: Mentally and silently chant the Mantra received in step 1 throughout the day and night as much as possible

That’s all. Isn't that easy and simple!

Now what? Here are few things that may or may not happen with you. Every ones experience is different. So if your experience is different do not panic. Continue with the practice.

May you live a long and healthy life!
